Getting Started with Project Management

Course Overview



Project management is essential to virtually every field—and it requires expert organisational, relationship-building, and strategic-thinking skills.

In this short eLearning module, you’ll explore the fundamentals of project management, including what a project manager does, what skills are necessary to the role, and how to optimise a team’s potential. You’ll also learn how to develop plans for a successful project and what you should do once the project is complete. 

By the end of the course, you’ll understand how to get started with project management.



Learning Outcomes

  • how to develop plans for a successful project 
  • what you should do once the project is complete

This course has been designed in the US for a global audience.  The content is interactive with videos and opportunities to check your understanding.



Delivery

This course is available as eLearning and will take approximately 1 (one) hour to complete.  It is accessible for 3 (three) months.
