Note: The Member Portal is the starting point for accessing the Learning Hub and FIA’s main record for member details.

The Member Portal and Learning Hub share information, but they use separate logins, so your username and password may be different for each system.

New Staff Member 

Contact members@fia.org.au to be added to the Member Portal. Your details should appear in the Learning Hub within an hour.

To Access the Learning Hub

Once you have been added to the Member Portal, click “Reset Password / New Staff Login” to set up your Learning Hub access.

Non-Members

Click “Non Member Sign Up” below to create your profile.

Changed Role or Email

Contact members@fia.org.au to update your details in the Member Portal.

Trouble Logging In

Click “Reset Password / New Staff Login” to reset your access.
If you do not receive the reset email, please check whether you used an alternative email address.
