New Staff Member

Please ask your organisation’s nominated contact to add you to the Member Portal. Your details will flow between systems and appear in the Learning Hub within two hours.

To Access the Learning Hub

Once you've been added to the Member Portal, click “Reset Password / New Staff Login” to activate your Learning Hub access.

Non-Members

Click the Non-Member Sign-Up button below to create a profile.

Changed Role or Email

Already have an account? If you've changed your role or email, please follow these steps. Contact training@fia.org.au to update your details and keep your learning history.

Trouble Logging In

Click “Reset Password / New Staff Login” below to reset it.
